In addition to our normal tasting of apple and pear brandies and fortified ciders we will also be opening our barrel room for special barrel tastings to highlight the impacts of apple cultivar, still type, and oak on aging brandies. A comprehensive tour of the apple brandy production process will start in our orchard of 200+ types of apples, progress to our distillation room and ending in our aging room for the special barrel tasting.
