From one local cidermaker at the 2012 Gravenstein Apple Fair to 18 at the 2019 Fair, Sonoma County Farm Trails has a long and abiding commitment to North Bay producers who use local apples entirely or in part, including the Gravenstein, in their hard ciders. By supporting local cidermakers, you are helping to save the Grav and the local apple heritage!
