Thank you for supporting our local producers!

WE APPRECIATE YOUR DONATIONS!

Sonoma County Farm Trails is a nonprofit organization established in 1973 to promote local agriculture. The Gravenstein Apple Fair is our primary annual fundraiser. Without it this year, we need your financial help so we can continue our efforts to save the Gravenstein and keep farms forever in Sonoma County.

For the month of August, for donations of $50 or more, we will mail you an apple-themed reversible cloth face mask sewn by Farm Trails volunteers as a thank-you gift!
