Holidays Along the Farm Trails

'Tis the season to celebrate safely

While holiday gatherings will be smaller and closer to home this year due to the pandemic, you can still enjoy the festive season from Thanksgiving to New Year's Sonoma County-style with Holidays Along the Farm Trails. Throughout the season, we will be featuring special holiday offerings from our Farm Trails members, including farm-fresh food and drink for your holiday meals, unique ag-centric gifts, and local wreaths and decor. There will also be safe, family-friendly holiday experiences, such as cutting your own Christmas tree. Also follow us on Facebook and Instagram for more safe, fun ways to celebrate!

This holiday season, health experts strongly encourage you to stay home and celebrate only with those in your household. However, if you decide to gather with anyone outside of your house, Sonoma County has issued the following holiday recommendations for staying safe during the pandemic:
  • Outside is safer: Gather outside and following safety guidelines.
  • Small: Limit gatherings to no more than 12 people in 3 households.
  • Short: Limit gatherings to no more than 2 hours.
  • Stable: Do not participate in multiple gatherings with many different households.
As always, before you set out, please be sure to double-check hours and availability, and make reservations as necessary. Wear masks, practice proper social distancing, wash your hands often, don't go out if you're feeling unwell, and abide by all posted health protocols.
All of us at Farm Trails send our best wishes for a healthy and happy holiday season, and thank you for supporting local ag!
