About Bartender Lauren Fitzgerald:

Lauren Fitzgerald first became interested in creating delicious spirit free beverages during her days working as the bar manager at Millennium Restaurant many years ago. Since then, she has made sure to keep all of her beverage programs (Wildseed, Baia, Above Ground, Portobello, Citizen Fox, Flores…) as inclusive as possible by offering interesting no-abv drinks so that everyone can be part of the party. Lauren is thrilled that the demand for exciting beverages without alcohol is one of the fastest growing trends worldwide and that there are more exciting zero-proof products available now than ever before. She works in San Francisco as the bar manager for The Harlequin, and in her free time she has been developing a new bar concept focused on low and no-abv beverages and tasty (vegan!) food called “Pushy Kitty”.
