The Gravenstein Apple Fair is the major annual fundraiser for Sonoma County Farm Trails. This two-day festival celebrates Sonoma County’s heirloom apple with great music, family fun, artisan vendors, delicious farm-to-table foods, local cider, wine, and beer, and of course lots of apples!
