Join us as we deep dive into brandy cocktail making complete with pairing bites from Woodland Charcuterie. Thibault and David will geek out on their processes and share their choices and tips for pairing and crafting delicious cocktails and bites.
We are delighted to host an add-on activity with club member Stephanie Chow, owner of Poppies and Petals Farm. You can create your own bouquet and no-spill vase for an additional $20 payable directly to Stephanie at the event.
More than just a class, we are trying to build community with a shared appreciation of craft. The fun starts at 4 pm on Sunday August 16th.
