GET INTO THE HOLIDAY SPIRIT WITH A DAY SPENT MAKING DELICIOUS TREATS IN THE WIND & RYE KITCHEN!
Pastry Chef Nicole Plue has spent years testing, tasting and perfecting her favorite cookies and desserts perfect for this time of year. In this hands on workshop students will create cookies, tarts and desserts that are beautiful enough to be given as gifts or become the centerpiece at this year’s holiday table. Nicole will cover simple and effective piping techniques to elevate your finished desserts. Her flavor combinations give new life to traditional favorites with a little something to satisfy every palette. We will discuss shelf life and packaging techniques to help ensure your baked goods arrive in pristine condition, as well as supply a variety of boxes, containers, ribbons and bows to wrap your goodies to go.
