Valley Ford Cheese Co. was established in 2008 on the family's 100 year old dairy ranch. Five generations have practiced sustainable agriculture on this prime milk-producing farmland, and the family continues to use traditional, ancestral methods to produce high-quality, unpasteurized farmstead cheeses from their prize-winning Jersey milk cows. We now have a storefront on Highway 1 near the California Coast, serving coffee and danish to start the day, and a lunch menu that makes the flavors of our cheese comes to life. When allowed, sit down outside and enjoy our selection of handcrafted cheese boards with a glass of wine or a cold beer, or pick up picnic items and grab-and-go items included prepackaged wedges of cheese, our new line of fresh cheese, food items, snacks, and specialty drink. Open Wednesday to Friday, 8 am to 3 pm, Saturday 8 am to 4 pm, and Sunday 8 am to 3 pm .
