Tilted Shed Ciderworks

A small, family-run producer of small-batch, food-friendly, unexpectedly complex ciders, fermented from 100% fresh-pressed Sonoma County organic apples. Everything is done by hand and in season, using traditional cidermaking methods and centuries-old specialty apples from local organic growers and Tilted Shed's own cider orchard. Open for indoor and outdoor service for flights, by the glass, can, or bottle and to-go sales on Saturdays, 12 to 5 pm. Order online for ground shipping.
