Founded by husband and wife team, Timo and Ashby Marshall, Spirit Works Distillery is committed to the “grain to glass” philosophy, meaning whole grain is brought in and milled, mashed, fermented, and distilled entirely on site. The result is a premium product that has been strictly monitored during each step in the production process. Spirit Works produces a wide range of multi-award winning Whiskey's, Gin's, and Vodka's using locally sourced grains (organic where possible) and both traditional and modern techniques. They work closely with local farmers to upcycle spent grain as a food source for livestock, strive to minimize water usage, and embrace sustainable technologies wherever possible.
