SingleThread Farm – Restaurant – Inn

SingleThread Farm is nestled in and amongst the Dry Creek Valley bringing 24 acres of biodiversity to wine country. Tended by Head Farmer Katina Connaughton along with the SingleThread farm team, the property consists of a greenhouse, shade structures, loamy fields, chicken coops, an heirloom fruit orchard, olive trees, beehives, and a cattle paddock all surrounded by Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, and Chardonnay vines. The farm supplies vegetables, fruit, herbs, flowers, honey, eggs, and olive oil to our kitchen.
The Farm Store offers fresh produce and florals from the farm, as well as larder items from farm produce created by the restaurant team including pickles, condiment staples such as Chunky La-Yu and Ponzu sauces, kosho and seasonal jams. Visit us Thursday-Monday from 11am-5pm.
Guests of the SingleThread's 3 Michelin-starred restaurant are treated to an 11 course tasting menu, showcasing the seasonal bounty from the couple’s farm. SingleThread provides guests a bespoke hospitality experience in the center of Sonoma Wine Country. Tucked away on the second floor, our inn has five thoughtfully appointed guestrooms, including a 700 square foot suite. The restaurant and inn are located at 131 North Street, Healdsburg.
