102 year old slaughterhouse and meat processing facility, specializing in all-natural meat products. We carry high quality USDA prime dry aged steaks, local grass-fed beef, local lambs and goats (slaughtered on premises), California raised pork, and hand-make all sausages using original 100 year old recipes. We also have a booth at Andy's Produce in Sebastopol! Seafood now also available.
Order online and meat shipped frozen. Curbside pickup available at Occidental store as well as at Andy's Produce Market booth. Monthly meat boxes also available.
