Our family-owned ranch is shaped by 7 generations of wisdom, respect for animals, and stewardship that prioritizes harmony with the land. We (Louis and Marissa Silva) started a direct-to-consumer beef business in 2017. We had the goal of sharing our exceptional products with the local community that we know value and appreciate the bounty from this special area. Our beef is all natural, hormone free and grass finished on certified organic pastures. The marbling and flavor are the best you’ll ever have! We offer beef shares as well as individual cuts. We make artisan tallow skincare made from our own slow rendered beef suet. We have a variety of scents and blends, so there is something for everyone. Marissa is an artist in her spare time and uses the ranch landscapes as inspiration for oil paintings. We sell prints of the original works.
