Manzanita Grove Vineyard

Our small, hand-tended vineyard is nestled on the southwest hillside of the Mayacamas Mountains in the rocky Moon Mountain District. At Manzanita Grove Vinyard, we are committed to using sustainable, regenerative agricultural practices in caring for our vines, orchard, and garden. This includes cover crops, as well as bluebird and owl boxes for pest management. Surrounded by a manzanita grove, as well as oak and olive trees, the Mayacamas Mountains provide a stunning location for producing our quality wines. The rocky, volcanic soil of the Moon Mountain District provides the perfect conditions for growing Sangiovese grapes with vibrant acidity and substantial tannins. We produced our first barrel of home wine in 2012 and have enjoyed making our wine available to the public since 2016 as our passion for the vines, wines and the land continues to grow. Our Sangiovese continues to improve and reflects the growing season and weather patterns of the Moon Mountain District. You can enjoy our wine alone or enjoy a bottle with a variety of foods.  In addition, we recommend our Sangiovese Rosé, the perfect complement to your favorite summer fare.
