A community cafe and gathering space offering coffee and seasonal bites featuring local Preservatory items. Join us for live music, cultural events, and hands-on fermentation workshops celebrating each season’s bounty. We proudly work with local farms and makers, highlighting preserved surplus produce across our menu and onsite bodega.
