Food For Thought
Food For Thought provides medically tailored groceries to people who are critically ill all over Sonoma County. Guided by a food-as-medicine approach, our program helps clients maintain independence and choice with free weekly deliveries of fresh produce, healthy proteins, nutritional supplements, and vitamins. We distribute groceries equivalent to more than 378,000 meals annually. Our services eliminate food insecurity, reduce hospital visits and medical expenses, and improve our clients’ health and quality of life. We welcome In Kind donations from local food producers, groceries, farms and backyard enthusiasts- to ensure that our clients receive the freshest, most nutrient rich food available. Our food pantry is open for donations Monday-Friday 8:30-4pm. Visit our website to find more about how to donate, volunteer, and support our efforts.
